H2Ok manufactures IoT gateways and sensors, meticulously tested to meet worldwide emissions and safety standards, including EN 61326-1:2013. Our design process prioritizes industrial performance, utilizing industrial Ethernet and IEEE 802.3 PoE standards for robustness and interoperability.

At H2Ok, we understand the significance of meeting emissions and safety standards for worldwide operation, and we're proud to share how our dedication to certification and electromagnetic interference (EMI) resistance is a big step in our journey to provide reliable and high-performance products to our customers. We specialize in designing & manufacturing Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) enabled gateways and sensors, serving a growing customer base spanning the globe. To ensure our devices meet the stringent requirements of various markets, we have subjected our products to rigorous testing in accordance with EN 61326-1:2013 standards. Partnering with internationally accredited testing labs, we've obtained certifications and supplier declarations of conformity, readily available upon request during the sales process for import purposes. Moreover, certain products undergo additional testing and certification as needed, ensuring comprehensive compliance across diverse environments.

Designing for Certification and Industrial Performance

From the inception of our products, certification and industrial performance have been integral considerations in our design process. We recognize the importance of addressing industrial EMI environments, which informed our component and network selection. Embracing industrial ethernet for its high communication speeds, cost-effective cabling standards, and robust EMI resistance, we've engineered our sensors and gateways to meet the demands of industrial settings. Adopting IEEE 802.3 Power over Ethernet (PoE) standards has not only streamlined connectivity but also reduced cabling costs for our customers while enhancing interoperability with existing networks.

Pre-Certification Testing: Ensuring Design Integrity

Prior to formal certification testing, H2Ok conducts a series of pre-certification tests in our state-of-the-art lab facilities. Leveraging equipment provided by Greentown Labs alongside custom test jigs and proprietary TEM cells, we meticulously validate our design's performance. These tests enable us to assess device emissions and immunity, ensuring that our products not only meet but exceed regulatory requirements.
