What You Will Do
- Project Planning - Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to establish a project plan meets scoped and statement of work
- Resource Management - Leverage internal resources ensuring the right people have the right conversations to keep project momentum and deliver on time
- Expectation Management - Ensure stakeholders know what to expect, what the plan is, and when things are expected to be completed
- Risk Management - Understand and communicate risks to project scope and goals, as well as impacts to project timelines and client ROI
- Grow & Scale- Leverage your experience scaling and growing to help refine playbook and processes
- Communication - Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication
- Problem Solving - Understand a problem at its core, and eagerness to find solutions based on first principles
- SLAs - Adherence to service level agreements dictating project and communication standards with external stakeholders
About You
- Background in engineering - trained in problem solving to aid strategic thinking and can discuss technical requirements with factory process engineers. Nice to have - industrial engineering or manufacturing experience.
- Experience scaling and growing a product
- Extremely organized - nice to have experience with Sharepoint, Confluence, etc.
- Provide regional support for the <APAC, EMEA, LATAM>. Meaning, your working hours will match regional time zones (H2Ok is currently most interested in CET timezone support) and you will be the point person for travel within your designated region.
- Supporting the CET timezone.
- Experience with customer support platforms such as Plain and tracking SLAs.
- Can analyze complex data to present clear conclusions.
- Eager to travel - visit customer deployments globally
- Eager to learn - explore multiple use cases
- Determined & extremely passionate about sustainability - do-what-it-takes attitude
- Nice to have - bilingual (including Portuguese, Chinese, Japanese, French, or German) and can discuss technical requirements proficiently in multiple languages
- Nice to have - UI/UX background for turning customer inquiries into feature specifications
- Excellent communication skills to articulate technical issues, solutions, and progress effectively.
- Adaptability to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving project requirements.
