We’re looking for an enthusiastic, creative, and exceptional Content Manager to join our growing team at H2Ok Innovations. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing content that tells our brand story, educates our audience, and drives engagement across various channels. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be involved in both crafting content and shaping the strategy behind it. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, from sales to product and engineering, to ensure that all content aligns with our company goals and resonates with our target audience—primarily process manufacturers and industrials.
What You Will Do
- Content Creation: Write, produce, and design high-quality content across multiple formats, including videos, customer video testimonials, one pagers, blog posts, case studies, website copy, whitepapers, and eBooks.
- Social Media & LinkedIn Content: Create and manage content for our LinkedIn presence, from thought leadership posts and company updates to industry insights and engaging visuals.
- Content Strategy Support: Assist in developing a content strategy that aligns with marketing and sales objectives, ensuring content is tailored to the needs of process manufacturers, sustainability-focused businesses, and sustainability innovators.
- SEO & Content Optimization: Optimize content for SEO to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
- Lead Generation Content: Create and design assets that support lead generation efforts, such as one pagers, gated content, landing pages, and email campaigns, in collaboration with the sales teams.
- Industry Research: Keep up-to-date with industry trends in process optimization, manufacturing, data center, Industry 4.0, IoT, water management, and energy efficiency, ensuring content remains relevant and forward-thinking.
- Content Distribution: Help plan and execute content distribution strategies across various channels, such as our website, social media, email newsletters, and industry publications.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track content performance using analytics tools, gathering insights on engagement, traffic, and conversions, and use data to optimize future content.
About You
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in content creation, ideally in B2B, industrial, or sustainability sectors, or the ability to rapidly learn. A background in writing for technical or manufacturing audiences is a plus.
- Writing Skills: Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to distill complex technical information into clear, engaging content.
- Social media: Experience with LinkedIn content creation, including crafting thought leadership posts, company updates, and engaging visuals.
- SEO Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization techniques to drive organic search traffic.
- Tech Awareness: Basic understanding of technologies like AI, IoT, and Industry 4.0 concepts, with the ability to communicate these ideas clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Design: Competency with Figma or design tools alike, and an eye for digital design and aesthetics.
- Creative & Proactive: A creative mindset and a proactive approach to content creation, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling. An ability to empathize with diverse profiles of prospective customer stakeholders/leads and create content targeting each profile.
- Collaborative: A team player who enjoys working cross-functionally and can adapt content to meet the needs of different teams.
- Passion for Sustainability: A strong interest in sustainability, cleantech, and industrial innovation, with a desire to contribute to a company making a positive impact.
